What we collect
When you run a scan we store the business name, website address, industry, service area and email address you enter, along with the wording of the consent you accepted and the time you accepted it.
What we read from your site
We fetch a small, bounded set of pages that your website already serves publicly, after reading robots.txt. We store page text, headings, links, structured data and response metadata as the evidence behind your score. We do not attempt to access private, password-protected or internal addresses.
How long we keep it
Scans and their evidence are retained so that your results stay auditable and comparable over time, and so historical algorithm versions remain reproducible.
Third-party processing
Page excerpts may be sent to a language model provider for evidence classification. Classification output is stored with the model and prompt version used. Language models do not assign points.
Contact and removal
Email AI Sparq from the address you used to request a scan and we will remove your lead record and scan history.
